What characteristics do you think the board should look for in the district's next leader? What do you hope the next superintendent will do the same? What do you hope he or she will do differently?

I have never heard this so-called theme "It's being done." This is just another strike against her and the district.

I would like our future superintendant to have:

a. An open mind with a vision for the future
b. Open ears, for which to listen to teachers, board members, community members, and students
c. Experience
d. Open agendas, not hidden.

If you haven't heard "It's being done" then you must not be a school district employee. Especially since the letter was a letter to CPS staff.
